Msnbc suspended Countdown hosts Keith Olberman after making 2,500 dollar campaign contribution to 3 Democratic candidates last election. Mr. Olberman has a right to donate since he is a US citizen. If it is Msnbc policy not to make contribution, they should give him first a warning. Indefinite suspension is too harsh. Mostly educated and intelligent people watch Msnbc because of their intelligent hosts like Ed Schultz, Rachel Maddow, Chris Mathew, Chris O'Donell. Yes, they are liberal but you know they are telling the truth. They are not fabricating stories. I have a suggestion for Msnbc, please let Jon Stewart host the show temporarily.
My Reno/Tahoe Planning Tour
My friends will be visiting me next week. They want to visit Reno Nevada and Lake Tahoe but nobody wants to drive. I did some researched how to go there without driving. I found out there is a chartered bus leaving from El camino country club, Sacramento every morning going to Reno hotels. The fare is very reasonable 32 dollar, with 10 dollar cash back and a 5 dollar coupon for food. I also learned that there is a tour bus that provides a tour to Virginia City and Lake Tahoe. The tour bus begins picking up guests around 7:00 am from any Reno hotels/resorts. First stop is Truckee, then Squaw Valley, the home of the 1960 Olympic games, North Lake Tahoe, South Lake Tahoe, Carson City, Nevada City, then back to Reno at about 5:00 pm.
